Rig Check compares your vehicle and mods with a trail’s difficulty rating and tells you where you may fall short. It is guidance, not a guarantee.
What we compare
We start from your vehicle’s published stock specs (ground clearance, approach, breakover and departure angles, stock tire size), then add your mods: lift, tire size, lockers, winch and sliders.
- Effective axle clearance = stock clearance + (new tire diameter − stock tire diameter) ÷ 2
- Body clearance gain is roughly your lift height.

Rig Check says your rig fits, or lists the specific areas where it falls below the trail’s rating.
Guidance, not a guarantee. Trail conditions, weather and driver skill matter more than any table. Scout ahead, travel with others and drive within your limits.
