In response to market demands for the Platinum series winches, Ramsey Winch is introducing a new 4.8 horsepower Platinum 9500 winch. This powerful Platinum 9500 winch is comparable to any 9,500 lb capacity winch in the market today.

Our Platinum Series winches were developed with the customer in mind creating a new standard in winching which others have been forced to follow. The Platinum 9500 utilizes a revolutionary 4.8 horsepower motor. New continuous duty solenoids and two gauge motor leads allow the 4.8 hp motor to pull longer under load than the closest competitive 9,500 lb. winch.

From a practical stand point the Ramsey Platinum 9500 offers power and speed under load, the features most needed in the performance of a winch where it really counts, under load when it's working. The new Ramsey Platinum 9500 pulls 42% farther with the new 4.8 hp motor than our top of the line Platinum 9000! That's a total of 208 feet based on our test at a load of 2700 lbs.
Engineers of this product are the same ones who design products used by Towing and Recovery Experts around the world, so you'll have the confidence with the Platinum 9500 like never before. The new Platinum 9500 fits existing Ramsey Winch mounting kits. Ramsey also has the edge on cable providing 150 feet of cable.

Other features include a 3-stage planetary gear system for fast line speed, automatic load-holding brake for strength and reliability, weather shielded motor-to-solenoid wire cover, 12 foot (3.65 m) remote control switch, 4-way roller fairlead, 6 ft. (1.83 m) 2-gauge battery cables with connectors and a limited lifetime warranty.
